“Both of my parents suffered from dementia so I witnessed first-hand the debilitating effects of the disease on the individual, as well as the impact it can have on families who care for and support their loved ones. My personal experience has fuelled my passion for funding research into this global pandemic and training care to improve the lives of not only those suffering with this disease but also their families.”
